After our recent acquisition by Kinectrics in Canada our team has been working to simplify intercompany work to allow more testing and easier billing for all our clients but especially for our international clients. Billing in country is becoming more of a reality for several locales. With this change, our legal department determined that merging two of the US subsidiaries, Kinectrics ArcWear, LLC and Kinectrics AES, LLC would allow easier sharing of resources between the two subsidiaries. Kinectrics AES, LLC is has multiple locations in the US and provides services to the T&D and the nuclear industry. Merging ArcWear into Kinectrics AES, LLC creates a new PPE testing focused arm of Kinectrics providing flame and thermal testing, arc flash testing, textile, barrier face covering, medical mask, respirator and many other tests to manufacturers and end users. For those on dealing with ArcWear not much will change except billing information and for Kinectrics AES customers, they will gain more expertise in incident investigations from the PPE side and direct access to ArcWear experts.
