DuPont has just announced new names for various Nomex products. Nomex, in various forms, has been a staple in the FR clothing market since the 1960s. In a February 23, 2021 release from the company, Dupont assures users of its products that the properties and performance of the renamed products remains the same.
The new names for various Nomex products are outlined in the table below:
