The IEC 60417 Standard (Graphical Symbols for Use on Equipment) has been revised to include a pictogram for protection against the thermal effects of the electric arc.
The pictogram is copyrighted and available for purchase; it will be referenced in the next edition of IEC 61482-2, the European equivalent to ASTM F1506.
